• On January 4, 2010 the album known as Lana Del Ray A.K.A Lizzy Grant was released under 5 Point Records, the album got a limited release iTunes and sold as her shows, but never was shelved. The album was quickly pulled from iTunes and was swept under the rug.
• Originally released in 2010, this 'lost' 13 track album appeared for only two months in 2010 on iTunes. Recorded under her birth name LIZZIE GRANT, fan's have long awaited a vinyl version that includes 'QUEEN OF THE GAS STATION', 'PAWN SHOP BLUES' and 'PUT ME IN A.
• Before Del Rey adopted the professional moniker of Lana Del Rey, she made an album titled Lana Del Ray AKA Lizzy Grant (spelling Ray with an 'a,' not an 'e'). It came out in 2010, but the digital.
• At a time when social media was giving people the power to curate their identities and present idealised versions of themselves online, the struggling singer-songwriter once known as Lizzy Grant (born in New York in 1985) reinvented herself as Lana Del Rey for her epochal 2011 single 'Video Games'.
